6 Wines Under $20 To Try Right Now!

It is not a secret that I love wine. I’m def not an everyday wine drinker, but we all have those times like, “Man I cant wait to put the kid(s) to bed so I can sit in quiet and have a glass of wine!” I mean sometimes we don’t even wait until the kids go to bed. (You know it’s true haha.) I always like to have a couple bottles at the house because you never know when those days might happen. These are the current wines I’m loving right now. I’m not big on super dry wines but I’ve made sure to include sweet, semi-sweet, and smooth dry wines.

Cupcake Prosecco Champagne

Who doesn’t love brunch??? And you cant have brunch without mimosas! This is my favorite wine for making mimosas. With mimosas you don’t want a sweet champagne or it will be too overpowering. This is perfect for those weekend mornings or get togethers with the girls. This crisp dry champagne has a light green apple tart which pairs perfectly with the orange juice. Find this perfect pairing right here.

San Sebastian Reserva

San Sebastian is my all time favorite winery. Its located in historic St. Augustine, Florida. It is a small winery that specializes in wine using muscadine grapes. We always make sure to stop by this place when we go home for a visit. They have a great roof top bar to hang out on and a couple times a year they do buy one get one free cases. So we are usually always stocked. Unfortunately because its so small you can only find these wines in the southeast. You can however, order bottles online through their website. This is my favorite dry white. It’s a very smooth white wine that isn’t sweet, it is their version of the Pinot Grigio. Other notable wines from San Sebastian are the Vinters Red and Vinters White.

** They are currently out of Reserva on their website but you can still find it at a local NEX or Publix. Check out my other recommendations from them here.**

Menage Trios Silk

Its really hard for me to find a dry red that I enjoy. This is by far my favorite one that I have found. Its so smooth and doesn’t leave a tart after taste. This blend is delicious with notes of raspberries. Perfect with a steak dinner or enjoying a glass with some chocolates. Find this smooth red here.

Chateau Ste. Michelle Reisling

Rieslings are my current go-to wines, and this is my favorite Riesling right now. Luckily you can find this wine almost anywhere. They also make a not-so-sweet version of this if you are looking for something on the dryer side. This wine has the perfect amount of sweetness for me, not overpoweringly sweet like a moscato but just enough sweetness to enjoy by itself. The cheapest I’ve found it online is right here!

Jacquesse Kick’n Berry

This one is for all my fruity wine drinkers. I have found that a lot of times fruit wines make my stomach hurt after one glass because they are so syrupy. This wine is certainly not one of those! It has that fruity taste without the thickness of the syrup flavor. It’s perfect for those lounge days by the pool. Find it here!

Apothic Rose

What a delicious rose! This is a slightly sweet and crisp rose with hints of melon and strawberries with a slightly tart finish. I just found this wine and it’s limited release so you better get it before its gone! Find it on Amazon here!

I’m always looking to try new wines so let me know what wines you are loving in the comments!

I love wine so much. There is something for everyone’s taste and budget. If you really enjoy Rieslings for under $20 I HIGHLY recommend Dr. L (Dr. Loosen) it’s really good.

My favorite things about berries are the slight tartness some of them have. Cranberry is my most fave, but strawberry is right up there!

I love going to Fla to visit my dad because we always go to historic St. Augustine, Florida. I’m not a big wine drinker but that Jacquesse Kick’n Berry might turn that around.

I love this list. I don’t drink wine frequently because my husband doesn’t drink it at all but I always like to have a bottle or two on hand for company. That’s when I enjoy it the most anyway
